一、塑料介電強(qiáng)度測(cè)試儀/GB1408-2006擊穿強(qiáng)度測(cè)定儀依據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

儀器依據(jù)以下標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中對(duì)擊穿電壓部分的要求制造

1、GB1408.1-2006《絕緣材料電氣強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)方法》

2、GB1408.2-2006《絕緣材料電氣強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)方法 

        第2部分：對(duì)應(yīng)用直流電壓試驗(yàn)的附加要求》

3、GB/T1695-2005《硫化橡膠工頻擊穿電壓強(qiáng)度和耐電壓的測(cè)定方法》

    4、ASTM D149《固體電絕緣材料工業(yè)電源頻率下的介電擊穿電壓和介電強(qiáng)度的試驗(yàn)方法》

二、用途：

主要適用于固體絕緣材料如絕緣漆、樹(shù)脂和膠、浸漬纖維制品、云母及其制品、塑料、薄膜復(fù)合制品、陶瓷和玻璃等介質(zhì)在工頻電壓或直流電壓下?lián)舸?qiáng)度和耐電壓時(shí)間的測(cè)試；該儀器采用計(jì)算機(jī)控制，可對(duì)試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中的各種數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行快速、準(zhǔn)確的采集、處理，并可存取、顯示、打印。

三、功能：

本儀器采用計(jì)算機(jī)控制，通過(guò)人機(jī)對(duì)話方式，完成對(duì)絕緣介質(zhì)的工頻電壓擊穿，工頻耐壓試驗(yàn)。

    1、試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中可動(dòng)態(tài)繪制出試驗(yàn)曲線，試驗(yàn)的曲線可以多種顏色疊加對(duì)比。

2、可對(duì)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行編輯修改，靈活適用；

3、試驗(yàn)條件及測(cè)試結(jié)果等數(shù)據(jù)可自動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)；

4、試驗(yàn)報(bào)告格式靈活可變，適用于不同用戶的不同需求；

5、可對(duì)一組試驗(yàn)中曲線數(shù)據(jù)的有效與否進(jìn)行人為選定；

6、試驗(yàn)結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)可導(dǎo)入EXECL,WORD文檔編輯；

7、過(guò)電流保護(hù)裝置有足夠的靈敏度，能夠保證試樣擊穿時(shí)在0.1S內(nèi)切斷電源；

8、儀器運(yùn)行的持久性: 儀器可連續(xù)運(yùn)行使用，不需為保護(hù)儀器而定期停機(jī)。

五、安全說(shuō)明：

1、設(shè)備要安裝單獨(dú)的保護(hù)地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時(shí)對(duì)周圍產(chǎn)生的較強(qiáng)的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計(jì)算機(jī)失控。

2、直流試驗(yàn)放電保護(hù)功能:在設(shè)備做完直流試驗(yàn)時(shí),當(dāng)開(kāi)啟試驗(yàn)門時(shí)設(shè)備會(huì)自動(dòng)保護(hù),直至使用設(shè)備上的放電裝置放電后保護(hù)會(huì)自動(dòng)取消.(注：因?yàn)橹绷髟囼?yàn)后不放電會(huì)危險(xiǎn)到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成 傷害)。

3、增配試驗(yàn)手動(dòng)放電裝置，隨主機(jī)為一體化，當(dāng)直流試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中突然斷電，可采用手動(dòng)放電棒進(jìn)行放電，保證試驗(yàn)人員的人身安全。

4、該試驗(yàn)設(shè)備的電路設(shè)有多項(xiàng)保護(hù)措施，主要有：過(guò)流保護(hù)、失壓保護(hù)、漏電保護(hù)、短路保護(hù)、直流試驗(yàn)放電保護(hù)等。

Five, safety instructions:
