高電壓擊穿強度測試儀安全保護功能：

◆ 試驗在試驗箱中進行，試驗箱門打開時電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端，即高壓側無電壓。100KV測試設備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于370mm，50KV測試設備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于250mm，試驗時即使人接觸箱壁也不會有危險。

◆ 設備要安裝單獨的保護地線。接保護地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。

◆ 該試驗設備的電路設有多項保護措施，主要有：過流保護、失壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電報警等。

◆直流試驗放電報警功能:在設備做完直流試驗時,當開啟試驗門時設備會自動報警,直至使用設備上的放電裝置放電后報警會自動取消.(注：因為直流試驗后不放電會危險到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成人身傷害)。

注意事項：

●本儀器試驗過程中如空氣相對濕度大于70%，兩電極間空氣放電的距離會增加很多，所以試驗中請與儀器保持1.2米的距離。

●本儀器之控制計算機專為電壓擊穿試驗機設計，請勿隨意添加和刪除程序或移作它用。

●本公司保留對設備改進的權利，并不另行通知用戶。

注意事項：
1、介電擊穿強度試驗儀安裝時應具有獨立的接地線。
2、在開機前，操作者要首先熟悉操作方法。
3、儀器不能在有強烈腐蝕性氣體及有顆粒雜質的氣體環(huán)境中使用。
4、試驗環(huán)境溫度15度到25度之間，相對濕度60％到70％之間

6、每次更換試樣或接觸高壓電極時必須用高壓放電棒對高壓電極進行放電，放電時間5秒以上。

概述

電壓擊穿試驗儀采用計算機控制，通過人機對話方式，完成對絕緣介質材料的工頻電壓擊穿，工頻耐壓試驗。

適用于對固體絕緣材料(如：絕緣漆、樹脂和膠、浸漬纖維制品、層壓制品、云母及其制品、塑料、薄膜復合制品、陶瓷和玻璃等)在工頻電壓下?lián)舸╇妷?，擊穿強度和耐電壓的測試。

安全說明：

試驗在較高電壓下進行，所以我們在設計時加以必要的保護措施以防止發(fā)生意外。
